Cold Stone Creamery - Salinas

This location is IN the Northridge mall. Aside from the address being listed wrong and having to call for directions, the ice cream cake was delicious and the gentleman who helped me at the store was very nice.

I really love this ice cream shop and I'm so happy we have one in Salinas. The service is fantastic!

The ice cream here is great, but the noise level in the mall makes it difficult for the staff to hear your order. I had expected my waffle cone bowl to come with sprinkles and chocolate, but it didn't. No worries, though—my daughter didn't mind the change, and I ended up paying less! Lol!

The ice cream and mix-ins here are fantastic! However, I wish the portion sizes were a bit larger, as they tend to be quite small. The prices are fair and reflect the excellent quality of the desserts. The location can get a little busy since it's located along a main walkway and dining area, but it's usually manageable.
