Panda Garden Chinese - Salinas

We've always passed by Mountain Mike's and wondered if it was any good, but when the pandemic hit, we never got the chance to try it. Now that we finally have, I can confidently say it's my new favorite spot for Chinese food! It was absolutely delicious!

If you're looking for a quick bite, you definitely want to check out the lunch menu! I ordered the Kung Pao shrimp with fried rice, and it was fantastic! It was loaded with vegetables and a generous serving of rice, especially for around $10-11! They have plenty of other options on the menu, and I’ll be sure to return and try more if I'm in the area again!

Vegetable Chow Mein: the noodles are perfectly chewy and soft, making them a delight to slurp. The abundance of crunchy vegetables added a wonderful texture. The flavors of oil and salt transformed my meal into a dream come true. I will definitely keep coming back because this is the best place to eat!

I dined at this restaurant a few days ago while visiting Monterey, California. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent! The owner even suggested fresh vegetables to accompany our meal. The highlight is that their food is completely MSG-free! The dishes were delicious and served in generous portions. I highly recommend this place!
