Rollick's Specialty Coffee - Salinas

The service here is outstanding, and the drinks are incredible! The seating arrangements are excellent, providing ample space so you won't feel cramped or overhear the conversations at neighboring tables. There's also free WiFi, and unlike other coffee shops, the air conditioning isn’t overly cold, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your drink and a delicious snack.

Melody prepares the best Mexican mocha around! It's served hot, which is a big plus for me since I dislike lukewarm coffee. The café has a clean and stylish atmosphere, and they even offer a selection of books to browse through while enjoying your drink. I will definitely return for another great cup of coffee!

This charming coffee shop offers a selection of pastries and boasts great internet speed. There are plenty of tables available, and unlike the café across the street, it stays open after 2 PM. While I found the coffee to be average—definitely drinkable, though the roasted beans are darker than my preference—the friendly staff adds to the pleasant atmosphere. I recommend giving it a visit!

I went during the kiddie kapers and those poor people worked their butts off and did a great job they all should get a little extra gift like a paid day off or something. Amazing job to you all. The only issue I had is there was a sign outside that said coffee and hot chocolate but we had to go inside for hot chocolate. But overall awesome.

All deliciousness aside, the staff here is fantastic. They welcomed my friend and I on our journey from Washington to Ohio, and in the hour we spent at Rollick’s, we feel like we had a little home! A great place to visit if you can make it to Salinas.
