They only got my order wrong once, but it was because of new staff, and they fixed it very quickly.

In situations like these, it's crucial to address the issue professionally, regardless of the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, her defensive tone and the way she later informed the barista that I had changed my mind felt dismissive and unfair. While I have no complaints about the establishment itself, I feel the need to comment on Mayra's attitude. It gave me the impression that she might be disengaged and quick to make excuses, perhaps not fully aware of her surroundings and reliant on others to compensate for her shortcomings. I can only imagine how challenging it must be for her coworkers to work with that kind of constant mindset. If I were in a managerial role, I would consider adjusting her hours in the hope that it would prompt her to recognize that her behavior is inappropriate for the workplace. I genuinely appreciate the hard work of the rest of the team. Thank you for being a dependable spot for everyone, and I hope my feedback contributes to enhancing the experience for future customers.

The service was extremely slow. I waited 5 minutes while they had difficulty with another customer's order. Then, I placed my order for two sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes and inquiring about my order, I was informed that they were just now putting it in the microwave. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won't be coming back.

I was really surprised by the staff's rudeness at this restaurant. They take an exceptionally long time to serve customers, and the area for mobile orders is difficult to reach. As a result, you often have to ask for your drink, but they frequently forget your request while focusing on other orders. There’s never a warm welcome, and their organization could use a lot of improvement. Even though they’re situated in a lovely part of Salinas, I had higher expectations for the service, which unfortunately were not met. I prefer to go to the Starbucks at Main and Bernal, where the staff is always friendly and well-organized.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and I was truly impressed! The service was exceptional, the ambiance was immaculate, and the food was delightful.
