Pedro Empanadas - Salinas

No trip to Salinas/Chipipe is completed without a trip to Pedro Empanadas. Just the best empanadas I've ever had. I choose cheese, pig and chicken. And the Shakes are also excellent. Coco-limón, mora, piña...for many who decide.

Good empanadas but they are all the way fried. They are made of green plantains that had been previously boiled and then smashed to make the patty. They have shrimp, chicken, pork and cheese. Go for the cheese ones. They add guacamole for free. Te picture is about the frozen COCOLIMON, you can ask to be made it with brown sugar or no sugar. Fair prices 1,50 and up each empanada.

Excellent plantain and morocho empanadas. Filled with crab, shrimp, cheese, pork. Breakfast and shakes also available. One block from the beach.

Good empanadas....but the coco.lemon drinks are well worth the trip themselves.....wow
