Chipotle Mexican Grill - Salinas Ca

It seems to be a recurring theme at this location where orders that are made for online pickup or delivery are extremely lacking, disappointing, or straight up incorrect (missing ingredients, incorrect portions, etc. My most recent experience at this location was upsetting. I had ordered an online pickup and paid for double everything in my bowl. Upon pickup, I open my bowl to find out that everything is regularly portioned, including the protein which is $3.50 extra for double. It was remade correctly once I went back inside, but I should not have to do that. And it is not the first time I've done it. I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but it is a genuine issue that should be addressed.

I just walked out of this establishment, it was my first time here so I was excited but left awfully disappointed. There was no no one in line yet nobody helped me until I managed to get the attention of one of the workers, and even when I managed to get their attention, they did not greet us in a friendly manner, I was giving my order, I had said two ingredients and the girl taking my order took it to the counter before I finished, then when I told her I wasn’t done, she took it back and put one more ingredient on it before taking it back to the counter, I wasn’t done ordering what I wanted but at that point I gave up and just left very disappointed with my half completed order.

Do not come here. I came at 9:30pm. They close at 11pm. They were out of; chicken, carnitas, sofritas, chips and guacamole.

What kind of a retiring makes their customers wait thirty minutes after opening time for an order made online unacceptable and I won’t be ordering from this establishment ever

Everything about this place has sadly gone down hill in recent years. Service is atrocious, slow and cashiers overcharge your orders which is awful. Lines are disgustingly long and people let their kids charge around and lay on the floor instead of being a parent and stopping them. Food is trash now. Meat is chunky and not edible. Veggies are overcooked and disugusting and it even makes you sick as it has recently for me. Avoid this place at all costs for your sanity and health.Plus I just noticed they put LGBTQ friendly in their info. No one wants to hear or see that nonsense or support that creepy agenda. Not eating here ever again.
