Manager was super rude. didn’t get the correct ice cream. saw cockroaches just casually crawling around and i got fat shamed.

The place has good customer service their ice cream is great and the process of making it is also great just by seeing it

Terrible service is what puts this at a 1. The lady who was helping me was decent at best I waited there for 5 mins until someone wanted to help and they both kinda looked at each other and didn't want to help. The other issue I have is they have exotic ice cream but not the basics. How u don't have butter pecan is beyond me but have pistachio ice cream. I remember this to be more than what it is maybe or the one in Virginia is better idk. But this was a huge bummer. Wouldn't recommend on top of that it was 7 bucks. Definitely not worth it.

I just ordered a single scoop for my kid and the sport they gave me was dirty and had lipstick marks on it. Unless you like ice cream that much, I would not buy anything from here overpriced and dirty.

Came here twice and both times, had excellent customer service and very tasty ice cream. I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of their banana ice cream with a little caramel and/or banana. Texture is refrigerated just right, not frozen nor melted. Their oreo ice cream is very good as well. Looking fwd to try more flavors.
