Starbucks - Salinas Ca

Each time I've been to this Starbucks, I've been greeted and as I waited for my drink I noticed that they made sure everyone that walks in and walks out is greeted as well. It's great to see that the staff is in good spirits when getting your morning coffee.

I used to meet friends here all the time. It was such a convenient location being close to home. The staff almost treated me like family. Always being greeted as I entered. They knew ahead of time what I was going to order because I was there so often. What I liked about this place was I never saw team members wasting time. If they were not filling an order, they were cleaning the counter tops or cleaning the displays. The food on display never looked old. They kept them looking fresh. The manager at this location always made sure condiments were always taken care of. Napkins were always kept full. Sugars and sweeteners were constantly refilled. The creamers always were kept full. This place is really on top of everything.

A Chai latte is a choice to be. well, this time I got hot water with a hot bit of milk, no flavor at all. This is a no! no! to buy again.

Store is fine. It is just that there is not a lot of people working in there. If it’s just me kind of fast but if there is a line kind of slow. Still they get my order. No mistakes in my order. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because a lot of the it is slow. I would recommend just go to the Starbucks across the parking lot. It is a lot better, cleaner, faster, more convenient.

Great service and employees are not rude. Though only two people working here. Sometimes there is only one and especially when there is a line, service is slow. Just like a regular mini Starbucks. Still got what I ordered. I would recommend you go to the other and bigger Starbucks location across the parking lot it is better, faster, and is nicer.
