Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Grill Salisbury

Nice place, great service, delicious food. I know steak is in the name but I wish there were more vegetarian options to choose from the main dishes. We had ordered steak file, pork escalopes, gnocchi and kids mac n cheese everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Great meal, very filling! I had the salmon starter (huge portion for a brilliant price! followed by The Colonel burger which came with hot chips and huge onion rings. The meal was delicious and so big that I didn’t finish it which is unusual for me (took it home all boxed up . Will definitely return. Special thanks to Dario and Chloe for their service.

Imagine if you show up for a special occasion to be told that “no cocktails available because no one can make them, because the training that Marco Pierre offers is terrible”.Apparently there was also a major staff shortage and last minute hired help in. It was clear.Dave, the supposed “Managing Director” was in charge. Patronising, unapologetic, and clearly didn’t have himself together.Later, I asked for an espresso macchiato. The barman repeated “I told you we ain’t doing cocktails”. It’s a coffee with milk!!I was there for my brothers wedding. The staff were the challenge, one minute someone was on hotel reception then seconds later they were serving the bar at the wedding reception. I can understand if people have called sick, but the attitude was not appreciated.Really disappointing. And not what you would expect at a place like this.No cocktails???!!!!!!!

The food was very well cooked, tasted amazing and presented nicely. They accomadated for my wife's dietary requirements brilliantly, (gluten and dairy free) without affecting quality of the food. My complements to the chef.

On arrival was met with a lovely welcome after that it was down hill, waiting 25mins for 2 lemonades to arrive after having 3 waitresses/waiters ask if we'd been taken care of no communication between staff).Food was tasteless and order was wrong, sourdough bread was over done main orders was wrong, no taste to the food.My wife and I seem were always over looked/ forgotten about.Very unhappy with everything there, I'd describe it as an over priced harvester.
