Very quick, workers are always so sweet, I’ve only gotten rushes but they are always made perfect!

Wish they had more options for some basic food and doughnuts but the coffee makes up for that. The cold brew is great to buy and store at home.Slow drive thru usually but it's worth the wait and the interior is designed well.Food: 5/5

I go to Aroma Joe's all over Maine, NH, Massachusetts.I have to rate this spot and these people who work here 5 stars because they're all real Rockstars.I've even heard someone say this is the best job they've ever had!! It shows in their work ethic and overall attitude!Their Rush energy drinks rock, coffee is amazing, the tea is terrific, and the lattes are incredible... but if you really want to experience life, try a 24 or 32 oz. Tried to pay cash for my drink. Cashier at the window got my change wrong and said they didn’t have enough change. Asked if he could hand me my $20 back and I’ll pay with card instead. Register locks and a shift lead has to open it. Cashier hands me back $16. I correct him and say I handed him $20 and I’d like the $20 back and to pay with my card. Register is locked again. Shift lead accuses me of not handing him the $20 in the first place and has a rotten attitude about it. At this point I told them “if I never handed him money why did he hand me $16 back that I gave to him and said it’s wrong”. At this point I said I’d go elsewhere for my coffee and just want my money back. Shift lead started cursing at me as if I was the one who started the problem. I’m in the middle of my 15 min break at work and just want my simple black coffee. Never again.
