Dunkin' - Salisbury

My husband and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and after waiting 25 minutes for our DoorDash delivery, we discovered something green in the egg. Upon closer inspection, we realized the entire egg was spoiled. I tried calling the store to inform them, but they showed no concern for customer safety. Spoiled food is unacceptable! Dunkin, you need to do better.

I recently ordered a hot chai latte with extra chai flavor, but they initially tried to give me an iced one. I clarified that I wanted it hot, but it seemed like they didn't take that very well. It took them quite a while to remake it, and when I finally received my drink, it was just a regular latte instead. Unfortunately, it tastes awful, and since I have to get back to work, I don't have time to ask for another replacement. Thanks for the coffee I definitely didn't order.

Now, let's talk about the donuts. I could go on and on! Whether you prefer cream-filled, glazed, frosted, or munchkins, there are so many choices! They even have seasonal donuts and drinks for added variety. Plus, they offer some really creative items, like bagel bites with cream cheese inside—mind-blowing! I don’t know about the rest of America, but I definitely run on Dunkin'.

I love the way the ice coffee tasteThey have so many combinations you do. My favorites are mocha, Carmel, raspberry and blueberry. Their Hot coffee you can do flavor combinations also.

Absolutely ridiculous how much this place has gone down hill. Between having to wait in drive thru or inside for over 10 minutes most of the time, then having wonderful customers pay it forward only to get to the window for your $15 an hour employees not checking what they 're handing out the window. They can 't make a Macchiato for$ ! anymore, or give out the proper coffee.Espresso should be pulled before the water is gone in order to not burnand be bitter. It 's beyond frustrating that this keeps happening. Can 't even get what you pay for.
