Feedback gevenThis was our breakfast place for approx. 6 months since we discovered the delicious protein pancakes. A few times we went when it was crowded and said they were very short employees and couldn't give us the service we deserved. Very appreciated. To date, our service was very good, especially in view of the shortcomings in the hospitality industry at the moment. We understand. Today wasn't great. We waited for our food for at least one hour, that was a simple pancake combination with simple eggs. Apparently another waitress picked up our order and delivered it to the wrong table and our had to be restored. It took a long time. The waitress assured us that she tried to get a discount on our food for the long waiting period. Finally, the eggs were overdue and the discount was 10%. Ridiculous for the time we had to wait. My husband complained, but the manager was firm, only 10%. We always tap well, and in fact still tipped the waitress to the original amount, but this will no longer be our Go-to-Platz for breakfast.
I think the manager should sit down and help the staff! Instead, she made paperwork that could have been done after the service of the people. Teamwork makes the Dream Work! We waited for half an hour! The food was delicious and the waiting staff was wonderful! However, the manager may need more training to do the job and help instead of giving an already stressed staff order!
Love ihop, they try to do their best, also with personal shortage. bless her hearts. brandy the manager was a angel who did a balanced act of waiting, cooking kept all happy. it will be because I'm going back, will ask for section. thanks. brandy
We stopped during the trip. They were made of fruit and vegetables. My son asked for a grilled cheese and they sent 2 pieces of toast with unmelted cheese. We ordered frits and onion rings. Friends were great! Onion rings were burned and looked terrible. Definitely disappointed. I will say that our waitress was very nice and under the circumstances did a good job.
Stay away from this place. My family and I have been a customer of this IHOP for 18+ years. Lately, this place has the worse customer service. The last few visits have been very unpleasant, but this last was a complete nightmare, the wait is terrible. This last time we waited 1 1/2hrs before we finally got up tried to pay for the drinks and left. The manager just said, ?don?t worry about it, have a good day? not an apology or explanation as to why they made us wait for nothing. The staff that is there now is incompetent.
