Over all service was excellent, the hospitality was outstanding from the time we enter until the time we left. There was one worker, “Ms. Pinky” who exceeded my expectation with her attention to our dining needs. First time there but looking forward to going back. Overall: 4 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The employees at Jo Jo's are wonderful, and the service is excellent. The food was outstanding as well. I highly recommend Jo Jo's for a fantastic dining experience!

Wow, is all I can say....1st time dining there. We arrived a little after 12...so we were given a Brunch menu as well as a kids menu and the regular menu.Our server was absolutely awesome. Everything was top-notch. We were celebrating my daughter's 9th birthday, and we stopped in after visiting the trampoline park in Delmar. We had a great time!! Thank you so very much.

As for the food, it was disappointing. The French fries that came with my child's meal were hard, and there were no condiments provided with the chicken tender meal—no ketchup for the fries and no sauce for the tenders. On a positive note, our server was polite and friendly. However, I wouldn't consider this restaurant kid-friendly, especially since we were seated so far from the main dining area, which I didn't appreciate at all.

We arrived, just my grandson and I. The hostess showed us to our seats and just tossed the menus on the table. No welcome to Jojos, no, your server will be with you shortly. After approximately 8 mins I excused myself to use the restroom. I told my grandson what to order me to drink. I returned and no one had acknowledged him at all. I said well 5 minutes and I'm leaving. Five minutes and still nothing. We left but I did call to inform the manager of my experience. He seemed unconcerned. He offered a free appetizer but I was no longer there. The restaurant was not busy at all and I saw several servers there.
