Feedback gevenThe grilled salad was a huge disappointment—it wasn't even a real grilled salad! I ended up tossing it to the back of my fridge. I thought about returning it, but ultimately just threw it away. The cheese fries weren't much better, either.
I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. Honestly, I felt the woman I encountered was very rude. When I explained that I wouldn't get paid unless I confirmed my order, she told me that if I didn't like their policy, I didn't have to come back. The ridiculous part is that I was already walking away, so why was she still shouting things at me? I can’t help but feel this is rooted in some form of bias, as it seemed like she didn’t want me there at all. One thing she is right about is that I certainly won’t be returning. I've worked in this industry for almost a year, and this is the first time I've encountered such appalling service. I asked for the corporate number, but I'm sure she gave me incorrect information; however, I can find the right contacts on Google. It's important that someone knows how they treat customers there. This incident took place at the Salisbury branch around 1 PM on July 17, 2022. I believe she said her name was Kate, but I doubt that was even true.
The last time we ordered dinner from Pat's, our order was incorrect. Although the person who took our order had noted it properly, the kitchen messed it up. We ended up with food that my son couldn’t eat, so we called to address the issue. We expected them to either correct the mistake or offer a refund for the incorrect item. They did offer a refund, but we would have to wait an additional hour for a replacement or have the driver return to pick up the wrong item. This seemed unreasonable, especially since they mentioned how busy they were. The manager made us feel like we were trying to take advantage of the situation. Asking a driver to waste their time and fuel to retrieve the incorrect order seemed very inconsiderate, particularly during a busy time. This experience really turned us off from ordering from Pat's again. They did offer us credit to reorder the exact item they messed up, but honestly, I'm hesitant to take advantage of it after the way the manager made us feel like the guilty party for their mistake.
Just ordered food tonite and got delivery which I paid 3$ delivery fee.. Order was wrong so I called to tell them and the response was bring your food up here and we will make you another order... asked if they were going to pay me 3$ to bring it back to them since I paid for that service and was told no... so I threw my food away after spending 60$.. order from here once a week but not anymore
I also had an issue while trying to pick up an order for DoorDash. The staff refused to prepare the order even though I showed them confirmation on my phone. Their customer service was extremely lacking. When one of the workers asked whether I wanted to dine in or take my food to go, the woman with the glasses interrupted and stated that we couldn’t eat there because they were about to close. Although that was fine, I mentioned that their website stated they closed at 10:30, and it was only 9:20 at the time. Regardless, the way she delivered the message was unwarranted. To add to the frustration, when a Caucasian man came in after 9:30 wanting to order cake to eat there, she had no issue serving him. Overall, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
