The Hoppy Taco - Salisbury

Excellent Restaurant! Brilliant concept! Super tasty Taco truck style food, beautifully presented. Modest beer selection, however everything they have pairs excellently with their food. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the side of beans, and im not even slightly upset, since everything else was perfect, including portions and prices. I will become a regular here!

Awesome food and great service. Everyone was very friendly. Super clean place also. If you're in Salisbury and want authentic Mexican food this is the place.

Our first time to this restaurant was relaxing and elegant. The server Kevin was kind, accomodating, and an astute salesman who did not rush our service. The chef 's detail in her presentation was appreciated and akin to the kind I have seen in formal restaurants for extremely reasonable prices. The portions were fit to fill the stomach and had perfect ratios of ingredients that made each bite tasty. The flan was beautifully decorated with 'Hoppy Taco ' written out in drizzled sauce. After 8 years of restaurant experience, I was not only impresssed with the food, service, and presentation; but the dining area atmosphere was also elegant and perfect for semi-formal or casual occasions. I did not see a childrens section on the menu, but there may be a separate one for the little guys in the family. I would call to check or read their website. Only being open for 5 months, they have some updates to make to their menus, but they are a very promising business that demonstrates what attention to detail can do to heighten a dining experience. Very good, so for me personally, if the men you had a few more choices it would be a perfect five star. The food was absolutely excellent. So I'm actually going to have to say it's a 4.9 But this is definitely a must-try, and I will be going back to try some of the other menu items.

Food was amazing and the atmosphere was so pleasant. I felt so at home and loved how the owner and her family came out and asked how our experience was. I will be returning to this establishment at least once a week.
