The Smoke Pit - Salisbury

The grill here is truly authentic. The Pur family visited today, and we had a relative in town. What an amazing barbecue restaurant! I've been to many, but this one stands out. The portions are generous, and everything on the menu is delicious. We shared several dishes, and the service was top-notch! This will definitely become a regular stop whenever we're in the area!

This restaurant offers an incredible selection of dishes at great prices, providing excellent value for your money. The service was fantastic, and we were seated quickly. The Liquid Smoke drink pairs wonderfully with the BBQ, and the Cherry Lemon Sundrop with tequila has a nice kick to it!

I searched for restaurants in Salisbury near I-85 and decided to try this one. Since my friend was halfway to lunch, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. It’s definitely one of the best BBQ places I’ve tried in the area (from Fort Mill to Greensboro), and I've lived here for a year. It’s about an hour's drive, but it's not too bad and totally worth it on a casual day. I’ll definitely return.

To eat here for the first time and was not let down. Sit fast even though they were busy. Waitress was quickly on the table, friendly and friendly. Our appetizers were in less than five minutes, hot and tasty. The main choices are too good and if you do not know exactly what you want, you will take forever. Once ordered, the food came quickly, very fresh, hot and again delicious. I had the burned ends, amazing and the potato salad is great and I am not even a fan of potato salad. Excellent time here and definitely back.

Quick, friendly service. Brisket had great marbling and flavor and stayed super moist. The ribs had a great flavor and weren?t dripping in a sugary sauce, and I?ve only had better burnt ends at one place. Okra was crispy and fresh, Mac and cheese had just enough cheese, and the sweet potatoes were deelish!! Definitely will be back when I?m in the area for sure!
