Pizza Hut Hollywood Plaza

I absolutely love Pizza Hut! Every time I order, service is quick and super easy. Staff are decently friendly, but the manager there is super nice and appreciates regular customers as well as new ones, going out of his way to ensure the best service. I am very happy with how the manager handles any queries that I had as well as any feedback! The food was served hot and fresh out the oven, and I am always notified of promise time for any order. Great job, Pizza Hut Hollywood plaza!!

Absolutely amazing experience! I haven't had pizza hut in over 6 years, and Pizza Hut Hollywood has won me over as a regular customer. Food is always hot and fresh, and staff are lovely. Vegan and GF options available which is also really nice. I am super happy with this store! Great job Pizza Hut!

We had ordered 20 pizzas online for catering at a 60th birthday party 3 days prior to the event, as requested by Pizza Hut for catering orders. We had received the confirmation email from Pizza Hut with the order number also the payment receipt from PayPal. The pizzas failed to turn up when we finally managed to get through to the Manager he only said I didn 't receive the order . He made no attempt to sort it from his end with the order number. Well, I 'm sorry, but as a manager it is your responsibility to sort things out not throw your hands in the air. You are the one with internal contacts to call to verify order numbers as a customer all I need to provide you with is the that order number. Meanwhile I had a party of people with little food.

Absolutely Disgusting customer service when calling up about a late order and no order confirmation. Spoke to an extremely unprofessional girl on the phone that was extremely rude. If you dont know an answer to something put someone else on the phone to help, dont just say i dont know Also when passing the phone to someone else, just remember people on the other end can still hear what you say. Very poor, ordered a surf and tuff paid for extra prawns and didn't get them rang up to bring it to their attention and kept getting told 1 second which turned out to be several minutes each time. In short get your pizza somewhere else, anywhere else you would be more likely to get what you paid for and it would probably have flavour (I might as well have eaten cardboard it would have had more flavour), I won't go back.
