Cook'n Roll - Sallèles-d'Aude

We dined here one Wednesday evening and were lucky enough to get in without booking, but would strongly advise not to risk this as several people after us were not so lucky. It is in a great location under the trees in a difficult to find spot on the edge of town. All dining is outside which adds to the quirky experience. Service is provided from an old restored Citroen van and wooden building. We had cold roasted vegetables with cheese and octopus tentacles, both of which were very good. Mains were a turbot which was quite small and bony and confit duck which was a bit dry. Service was friendly and efficient but beware, they do not accept credit cards.

We enjoyed a truly superb evening at Cook and Roll with friends the celebrate my birthday. The setting is magical, the food lovely and the service, atmosphere and welcome is out of this world. please try and search out this gem, you won't regret it and it's really good value for food and wine.

Lovely hosts and lovely food. We had the prawns and pork. The setting stood out. Authentic, great ambience and amazing food.

A very pleasant evening where we tasted the suggestions of the chef with greed. do not hesitate to discover this address.

Speciale entourage en daarom is het gezellig. Voedseltrucs en mooie gerechten die daar uitkomen. Keuze tussen twee borden voor hoofd en daarna was alles prachtig.
