Jane's Place - Salmon Arm

The food was hot and delicious. The pricing was fair, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding. However, the ambience could use some improvement, so I would deduct 0.05 stars from an otherwise perfect five-star experience.

I've dined at Jane's numerous times over the years, both alone and with family, and I've never been let down (except for one occasion when there was too much Dijon on my Reuben sandwich). Today, I had the Spinach Tomato Benny, and it was exceptional! I chose a medium poached egg, which was cooked to perfection. The food consistently surpasses my expectations. Today, I had the fish and chips, and I was very pleased to find that the fish was cod. It was really delicious!

This restaurant is absolutely the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or lunch. Our server was fantastic—so kind and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience. The food was outstanding! After a long night of driving, it was exactly what we needed. The prices are also very reasonable, and you definitely get more than you expect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy sit-down meal with friendly staff and even better food! I only wish I could remember our server's name; her service alone deserves five stars!

I wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant during lunch hours, as we had to wait quite a while for both a table and service. It appeared that there was only one server, who did an impressive job handling everything on her own. However, the food was good!
