There’s a sign just over the kitchen, where you can see the grey haired Señor work his magic. It says “Pizza Maestro” and he surely is one! We arrived at our vacation condo just before 9:00pm (2100) and were hungry, but also tired. We just wanted a quick bite and sleep. My friend and I decided to share the Mediterranean pizza, and oh my goodness were we in for a treat! The eggplant and onion were sliced paper thin; not sure what the herb seasoning was but we both detected a whisper of lemon. We didn’t leave a crumb! The crust was thin and crisp, never got soggy from too much sauce. Absolute perfection. We went back for our last meal Friday evening and had the same thing. I didn’t see enough of Barcelona, so hope to return. I would literally take the 80 min train to Salou just to eat this pizza again!
