Feedback gevenWe had 2 times dinner here during our stay in the hotel. Service is on top. Franciacorta is really good (please see the pictures). The view from the restaurant is over the valley and the sunset both evenings was breathtaking. The only thing I could be picky is Tiramisu. Tiramisu was missing some sugar. “Sorry I broke it” (last picture) was good! All the appertizers and main dishes were very tasty. Who is a meat lover then the main veal dish portion was huge! If you stay in a hotel, the breakfast has a variety of salty and sweet options, boiled and scrambled eggs etc. Especially what I liked were the fresh watermelon, tomatos, grapes, figs etc straight from the hotel garden!
We had a lovely dinner on the terrace of the Antico Casificio overlooking a wonderful green valley ...this after a welcome drink offered in the medieval courtyard... you breath history everywhere in a very relaxing atmoshere. Maurizio is the Chef, very charismatic and creative.. dishes that he prepares with care combining tradition and innovation... a great experience! Do not miss it
Posto incantevole e struttura. piscina, spa e cena a lume di candela....perfetti in tutto.
Un inaspettata oasi di pace e benessere ad appena un’ora da Milano. Il Borgo è raccolto, silenzioso e discreto. Da memorizzare per fughe rigeneranti coccolandosi in piscina, alla SPA o al ristorante dove lo chef cucina tutto a mano dai dolci della colazione alla pasta e al pane per i pasti. Una menzione speciale alla gentilezza ed accoglienza della gestrice la Sig.ra Petra che orchestra tutto come il migliore dei concerti
Borgo grazioso ma poco considerato...invece merita per il bel paesaggio e tranquillità assicurata.
