Beans Brews Coffeehouse

I ordered the B Meat Free in the drive thru. After I paid, I sat there for 15 minutes while they clearly forgot to make my sandwich. After a while a lady asked what I ordered, I told her, and 5 minutes later I received my sandwich. After driving away, I noticed they hadn’t put the plant based cheese on but instead dairy cheese, and there was no avocado. Won’t be returning to this location.

Nice quality coffee house. Really good pastries, good freshly made sandwiches and such, reliably good quality coffee, espresso etc. Staff work hard and are friendly, but it is a very busy location. Atmosphere is a pretty typical coffee house.

Pretty bummed out with our coffee’s. Both tasted horrible

They are having an issue with the app where it tells them I ordered no espresso/whipped when I actually do. I call ahead to ask them to please include these. Apparently me trying to fix their problem has offended them. They send me a less than full drink, no espresso/whipped and it’s straight liquid instead of a blended drink. Get it together this is ridiculous.

Had a meeting here. The barista was helpful with my indecisiveness and patiently offered her recommendations. I appreciated that. I really enjoyed my chai with a splash of lavender. I will have to get that again. Oh and that must have been the fast beverage I’ve ever received.
