David's Kitchen - Salt Lake City

Expensive, Small Portions and Rude Service. Food had mixed reviews; I thought the food was good, some family members didn't like it. The portions are pretty small and served ala cart, so plan to order more if doing family style. Our server was okay, not the friendliest but got the job done. The thing that soured our meal and I can guarantee, prevent us all from ever returning is how my mother-in-law was treated when she acidentally spilled her soda. We asked our server for a towel. She didn't rush to get one, she and another woman who is the owner observed the mess and talked to each other discussing I don't know what. We asked for a towel again, and my husband cleaned it up. Meanwhile, the other woman (owner) stood at the table SCOWLING at my poor MIL who was so appologetic and embarrased. She told the woman she was sorry but the lady cold faced glared at her not saying a word the entire time we cleaned up. It was so awkward and rude. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and left feeling put out after watching our mother/grandmother get treated horribly.

We have been coming to David’s Kitchen off and on for about 20 years. We have never been disappointed. The food and service is always great. The pot stickers and the sauce are delicious!

First time here! This is hands down the best Chinese food that I've had in quite some time.Thank you. It was really great!
