Del Mar al Lago - Salt Lake City

Quiet, as very few people there on Tuesday morning. had cebiche del mar al lago, former partner had arroz con marisco . both are super. you would recommend

That is not so much with del mar al lago it is with open table that allowed me to make a reservation and then the restaurant was closed. we landed on the way to zest, which was excellent

Eating was delicious, not misunderstood me, but the prices for every dish I would say are expensive 16 23 dollars and dishes are not great. what really upset me was the pisco sour that every glass was 13.00. we ordered 4 glasses of pisco sour, so have they, in just 1 drink per person, 56.00 hallo? do we drink in a beautiful nightclub in manhattan, ny, to pay such an expensive drink? I felt it was a robbery with the pisco sour, that is not hard to drink I am peruvian and know how to prepare it at 13.00 o'clock a glass.

The cebiche sampler, the cebiche in general, is not to be missed. I would go there just to eat this dish!!!!!! We also had fried yucca root which was, IMO, not impressive. The right degree of doneness , not at all greasy. Just not distinguished. Service was very friendly and helpful but not attentive enough. Everything took a long time and there were only a few other customers in the restaurant at the time. If you want to linger over dinner, you'll be fine. The ambience is a bit better than its strip mall office park location implies. Altogether, the food was good enough that I would gladly go back!
