Hamachi Sushi - Salt Lake City

Definitely enjoyed the quiet patio seating. Tried the carpaccio special it was very tasty; just enough spice. Gyoza for the win lightly crispy with a dipping sauce. Green hornet maki of for those with a spicy pallet. The best part was the service very friendly.

I visited this restaurant earlier in the for ramen. The ramen was very good. On this visit I tried a poke bowl and sushi. It was OK, nothing remarkable. If you want sushi, go elsewhere. Service is excellent.

For takeout I would give 5/5. Great prices and great sushi. However, eating at the restaurant I would go elsewhere as the customer service is atrocious.

This place is one of SLCs hidden gems. The staff is always courteous and polite. The dining area, while it’s a little small, is always clean, and has a great atmosphere. The reason that I come back is because the food is amazing! The sushi is fresh, the portions are generous, and their prices are extremely reasonable. If you go there you won’t be disappointed.
