Amazing Thai food! Ordered the som tum and green curry delicious

Amazing menu items! Elizabeth took great care of us tonight with the greatest recommendations and was so kind and friendly. If you’re a lover of Thai food, definitely come to Kao!!!

The food was really good. BUT the service is horrible. The girl who helped us seemed very nice in the beginning, but she lost her patience so easily, rushed us to order, I could feel her attitude.Today, I called in to see if they can email me my receipt because I forgot it and need to fill out my Expensifyreport. I would appreciate that if they send to me. The girl did try to send to me but I still didn’t receive it, so I asked if she could double check my email address. She said “ oh my gosh, I can’t do this, I’m the only one here today and have a lot going on”, she was almost crying. I was shocked, I understand it could get busy on Saturdays, but giving customer that attitude is ridiculous, she said it’s not her problem that I forgot receipt and she had hard time to understand me. She was judging/discriminating my English during the whole conversation, yes I am not native speaker, but I work for a pretty big corporation as a manager, I have no problem at all on communication, she was stressed, impatient, and had problem understanding that’s on her. There are a lot of ways to solve problems, she could easily say she was super swamped and could get back to me the other day or later, and that’s fine, I would appreciate it, but her reaction was crazy, as a customer, I was not being respected.I highly suggest the owner to hire an other waitress, their food deserves a better waitress, if her attitude doesn’t change or she keeps being so impatient to customer, that means she can’t do the job and the restaurant will LOSE customers because of her.

Got the yellow curry, Thai basil fried rice, and another special. All of it was really good! Thai tea was awesome.

Had dinner there last night and it was perfect. Love their massaman with short ribs as well as their traditional Thai basil with chopped chicken just the right amount of spiciness, Liz was great.
