Feedback gevenSeveral menu items marked vegan. Delicious mushroom broth. Very nice server. The pho was huge it could easily be shared by two people. Update: the veggie and tofu chow fun is SO good! I was reluctant to order because sometimes wide rice noodles (at other places) are too mushy or clumpy, but these were silky smooth, springy, and each had a life of its own. The only thing I would have changed would be more pieces of the perfectly crisped tofu. Updated from previous review on 2022 08 13

Service is amazing but more importantly the vegan pho is amazing! Lots of vegan options for many of their dishes too. Restaurant is really nice and clean too.
Our waiter Ryan was awesome. We told him we were on a quick lunch and he was on it. From the moment we sat down to paying our check was 25 min! They live up to the no non-sense. Food is good. Update: Recently went for take out (added pic of beef flat noodles). From the minute I ordered until I got my food, was about 5 minutes. They are still crazy fast and tasty.
Top notch food and staff. A little pricy but well worth it.
