McDonald's - Salt Lake City

Terrible customer service! Waiting for 10 minutes just for an employee to even acknowledge any customer! I know it's McDonald's but this is ridiculous.

Really bad service. We ordered a double cheese burger, a plain hamburger with nothing on it (We specifically said that 2 times) and a crispy chicken original sandwich with no sauces. For the double cheeseburger we got a regular cheeseburger. For the plain hamburger we got a regular cheeseburger with the ketchup. The display for the order had it right. I think in the future we'll go someplace else.

Do not like the annoying kiosks, too many irrelevant questions, time

Whenever I go to this one food and fries are normally fresh thank you! Tip most the time I come fries are over salted just something to look out for someone may double salting them not

Just went through the drive through not to long ago (the guy taking orders had no one at the other side of the drive thru and had me waiting 3 minutes just to order) and got home, when I sat to eat my spicy chickens i had no mayo and extra lettuce but I order just the opposite so get better McDonald’s and i won’t be eating at or from this location again
