Feedback gevenThis subway usally have a long wait and the few employees they have seem ro be unsure, poorly trained and ? SLOW! Aside from that it is a typical Subway. Good subs, just as they all are. I have seen cleaner places that are kept up better, but all in all it is presentable and the atmosphere is nothing you'd get alarmed over. Management/owners need to remember- FAST FOOD NOT FINE DINNING! It is a sandwich in a plastic not a romantic candlelight dinner where you enjoying a glass of chardonnay, small talk and the company of another for the whole evening.We have witnessed several times people leaving, both from inside and the ? drive-thru because it was taking so long to get waited on with only or 3 people ahead of them. We have, ourselves, just drove on by if it looked like there was more than 1 or 2 people waiting. They really need to get their employee fixed real soon.This is MANAGEMENTS fault not the overwhelmed worker or two they may have. Also their store hours are hit and miss, you never know if they will be open for business when you get their. I am making the presumption that their single employee didn't show up for work (or something to that affect).If you know Subway then you know this one.The ChiVi ? seemed to have had an impact on the availability of certain menu items ? but that is getting better as the ?? ChiVi is not having the major impact it once had so that isn't the issue it was. Coincidentally they changed one of their vendors that supplied their ? meats and that may not have helped anything (speculation).Best thing I can say is we eat there on a regular basis, if we can get waited on, so that says something positive. Hmmm, I wonder if they will sell just a loaf of their bread they make, it is very good? !Hire some competent emoyees, a painting contractor and cleaning crew and spiffy up the outside, drive-thru and parking area!!!Kid-friendliness: Might consider keeping younger children close or holding there hand to and from the parking area. The long narrow driveways could make stepping in front of a ? car a bit easier than normal and no room for a driver to take evasive maneuvers to avoid someone.Parking: No front or side parking, you have to park in the back and walk around. Their propert is long and narrow. Because you must park in the rear you notice the store is a bit run down, dated and unkempt. That is something they should remedy. A little paint, tidy up and elbow grease would go a long way in making a better impression. Who wants to sit in a long, ? slow line looking at a mess?Wheelchair accessibility: Not the greatest but doable with persistence.
The man taking my order was very short and rude. Did not say a word to me the whole time, even to ask what kind of bread, toppings, or anything I needed. I wasn 't sure if he was ready to do the toppings yet because another worker was already helping a customer there so I waited a second until the other man was almost done and when I started saying which toppings, he said, I 'm waiting on you in a very demeaning tone
The service here was great, but had a terrible experience with Subway app. The app is a piece of ****, and apparently deliveries are just as inconsistent as everywhere else. Inside the store the manager was very nice and accommodating when my wife came in to have our missed delivered order made again. Sounded like a number of other customers also called because their orders were delivered incorrectly after probably being made correctly. Everything we brought home was great. Never had a chance to taste the delivery because the driver was an idiot and gave us somebody else's order.
On 12/30 at 5:42 pm I called this location to cancel my order. It never stated you were located in st marks hospital until I couldn 't find the location and called. I spoke to EVAN who said he was not trained on refunds from orders online and said he tried calling his boss two times but he wouldn 't answer . He pretty much said to call back. I told him I was going to keep calling until I got my money back because I called before it was made. He now refuses to answer the phone and my order said it was picked up. I want cameras pulled and everything, ain 't nobody pick up my order. I need my money back or I will dispute the charge. This was not a little charge.
Waited 20 minutes, nobody ever came to take my order. Not the first time, but it will be the last. Don’t bother calling management, it rings to the restaurant, and will be answered by the employee who is actively not helping you. Unbelievable. I don’t even like Subway, the only reason to go here is that it’s maybe a little better than hospital food (this location is in St. Marks hospital).
