In slc for work stopped and was on the look for a nice place to eat and have a glass of wine. the olive bistro is fantastic. beautifully tasteful eating, great wine list, amazing fast service and an amazing location.

We went to olive bistro on a Saturday night at 18:30. interesting: we ordered a large Belgian beer, followed by a chicken parini and a seafood salad. bier was excellent. Chicken panini was the best thing I had in a long time the seafood salad was very good. overall the staff was very good and friendly. the location was perfect for a dinner before the events directly above the street at the capital theatre.

I loved it! I had the Greek chicken stable and the tiramisu! stalled down best tiramisu I had! loved the original atmosphere, and her hummus was homemade and divine. I'm going back.
