The Desayuno Energia was a delight with avocado toast as well as fresh...orange juice and granola with yogurt, while the Desayuno americano came with a bowl of scrambled eggs with bacon and two large slices of baked bread with jam and cream cheese.
It's called Los Horoldos, but it says Charleston on the door. Very comfortable seating inside and outside, friendly staff (some speak excellent English and if they don't go they pick them for you! and good food and cocktails. One of the most beautiful places we found in Salta. Planned to have a quick drink, but remained and remained. Big old advertising posters on the walls. Stay away from the 9 Julio torn joints with bad food and go here instead
The facility is very appealing. The interior is beautiful, but we sat outside in comfortable plush cushions, the traffic nearby. The prices were maybe a bit on the high side. The Charleston sandwich I had for dinner was not more than average. With a...bit more flair in the kitchen, the place could easily add another star.
The restaurant was full of locals, not tourists, enjoy snacks, drinks and lunch. We enjoyed Empanadas, among the best we had. Good quality filling, fresh, hot. A beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant, also some outdoor seats.
After a 2 months in Chile, Peru and Bolivia this place is a breath of fresh air. Great lunch. Good service and typical Argentina style. Excellent music. Definitely be back
