The restaurant's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The ice cream scoop appeared to have been washed in a container of dirty water, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned all day. While most staff members wore coverings, we were served by someone without gloves, a face covering, or hair covering. Despite the pleasant demeanor of the staff, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt unclean.

This restaurant is the best place for ice cream I have ever been to. The prices are great and they have daily offers. There are so many different flavors and combinations to choose from. I was particularly excited to see that they offer a Milky Bar hot chocolate. You can also order through Safari using Food Hub for delivery, which I just found out.

Felt that the ice cream was solid enough it was really runny so wouldn't go back

Went in for a couple of cones for me and grand daughter tonight....young girl who served us did nothing but mess about with her face covering, taking it off and on and didn't wash hands properly with soap and water....disgusting hygiene, would hate to see it in normal times....disgusting...will not be back....

This restaurant is better than the one in Irvine with a wider variety of options and delicious ice cream.
