Bishops Bbq Grill - Saltillo

I eat here all the time staff is nice and always has a smile. Food is done fast but not too fast that its questionable on freshness great place to stop for lunch or have a family dinner

The service is fair, just don 't expect service with a smile. Had a call in to go order. The BBQ extreme nachos are lacking at best. While the pulled meat portion was good, it lacked flavor and sauce. The other toppings were virtually non-existent. There were a few olives, a couple pieces of green onion and about 6 jalapeño slices with a pinch of lettuce. No cheese that I could find, nor other normally expected items on nachos! I feel like had I ordered a sandwich without the bun I would have gotten roughly the same thing.

Good and fresh if you go to Belden but my experience at other locations they using microwave heard the employee saying she was having problems with it.

I have never called in an order and been on hold for less than 20 minutes. On two separate occasions, I drove to the restaurant while still on hold and saw the employee not taking orders but instead playing on her cell phone. Once, when I hung up and called back, the employee yelled at me, claiming she was the only one available to take orders and that they were extremely busy. However, my husband was in the store for 10 minutes, and there was no one else there, while I was on hold for 45 minutes during that time.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews for restaurants, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Bishops in Saltillo. Unfortunately, the staff are among the rudest I've encountered. They consistently sigh, roll their eyes, and exhibit an attitude for no apparent reason, despite my efforts to be polite and kind as a customer. My order has often been incorrect, and on two occasions, I was put on hold, only to be hung up on after several minutes. I really wish there were more dining options in Saltillo because, if there were, I wouldn't return to this place.
