Rüter's - Salzhausen

We were on the way back from Amelinghausen to Rosengarten and still had appetite. At Rüters there was room on the terrace, so quickly stopped and space secured. The food in itself was not bad, only a little too cold, whatever happened, I had never had as cold fries on the plate as here, the meat had not really the desired temperature but was still within the frame and tasted good. Why no heat bridge is used here, probably only knows the kitchen. The opinion of the guests from other tables, it could be hotter, we also heard from other tables.

The Rüters can not be described with words, you have to experience.Pure hospitality paired with high standard and absolute professionalism.Here are more often there and come again very much.Super team, the suite is a balancing and to eat in the restaurant fantastic.Who wants to spend a vacation in Lüneburger Heide or a stopover should not be missed.Wieder mal ist not stay more than thank you and soon!

We ate well with 6 people in the conservatory. 6 different dishes finished to the point, served with humor and great in taste. Thank you very much, we had a successful evening at fair prices.
