Today we were in the frame of the heat-resistant in salt-cooked in the western-fälische hof . on the basis of the solid was a slimmer map than normal. the service was very striving to manage the well-attended restaurant despite the high temperatures and a high sulphide in the air.Leider went to the expense of the waiting period so that we had to wait almost for our two ofenkartoffeln. the result of what we expected was more than disappointing: the discs of the gurken were covered with a border-grade thick champignons, contrary to the label, with a sauce hollandaise. the dressing was not convincing either. Attention, not recommended!!! On 05.01.22 an e-mail request for several rooms provided. Only after several attempts to reach someone by phone, I received a price offer on 14.01.22. On the same day I booked several rooms by email and asked for a booking confirmation. I'm still waiting for this. Neither via the fixed-network connection, nor via the cell phone number (toughly tried), including communication to the voice box and a Whatsapp message there is no too, nor cancellation!! This is not how to deal with guests or customers.

A super hotel, very friendly and nice staff. Our room was cozy and very clean. Breakfast was ready for us. Our wishes were fulfilled. Will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.
