We visited this institution on 07/16/2021, the order was carried to us for two hours. As a result, 20 of the order was never delivered. It is too long! The bruschets were served cold. But the calamari rings the best and in general the cuisine in this restaurant is one of the best in the world !!! P. S. After that, the director of the institution contacted us, asked for an apology for the delay, and so on ... In general, the feedback from the higher echelons is very pleasant. Но кольца кальмаров лучшие и вообще кухня в этом ресторане одна из лучших в мире!!! P. S. После, с нами связался директор заведения, попросил извинения за задержку и прочее... В общем обратная связь аж с высших эшелонов весьма приятно.

Today we were in your restaurant! We learned in advance that until 16:00 bracelets for 150 rubles. We decided to take advantage of this offer and came at 15:10, what indignation we had when we were warned that we could use our bracelets until 17:00 this is not written on the site , after 17:00 we need to pay extra. Well, we decided, enough time! We were seated at a table, we chose the menu, waited a long time for the waiter I had to call them myself . The order was given at 15:30. Two salads the menu says 15 minutes of preparation, grilled meat platter, borscht 15 minutes, 2 martinis appetizer. At 15:50 they brought us only a martini with a snack, at 16:10 salads, at 16:20 cold cuts and 16:40 borscht the menu says 15 minutes, and waited 1 hour . This is the first time I've encountered such a long service. The meat platter was tasty and at the same time cold, the borscht was not tasty a lot of beets, tomato paste , the taste was not very pleasant. For the first time such borscht was eaten. Perhaps we know what real borscht tastes like! I wanted to come to the kitchen and cook borscht and let them understand the taste of real Ukrainian borscht. Thanks to the waiter and manager for removing borscht from the bill. Salads are divinely delicious we wanted to order more cocktails, assorted fried cheese, desserts. Мы решили воспользоваться этим предложением и пришли 15:10, какое же у нас было возмущение когда нас предупредили, что своими браслетами мы можем воспользоваться до 17:00 на сайте этого не написано , после 17:00 нам нужно доплачивать. Ну ладно решили мы, достаточно времени! Нас посадили за столик, мы выбрали меню, долго ждали официанта пришлось самой их звать . Заказ отдали в 15:30. Два салата в меню указано 15 мин приготовления, мясное ассорти гриль, борщ 15 мин, 2 мартини закуска . В 15:50 нам принесли только мартини с закуской, в 16:10 салаты, в 16:20 мясное ассорти и 16:40 борщ в меню указано 15 мин, а ждали 1 час . В первые сталкиваюсь с таким долгим обслуживанием. Мясное ассорти было вкусное и при этом холодное, борщ был не вкусный много свёклы, томатной пасты вкус не очень приятный. Впервые такой борщ ели. Возможно мы знаем какой вкус у настоящего борща! Хотелось прийти на кухню и поварам приготовить борщ и чтобы они поняли вкус настоящего украинского борща. Спасибо официанту и менеджеру, что убрали из чека борщ. Салаты божественно вкусные мы хотели заказать ещё коктейльи, ассорти жареного сыра, десерты. Но так как долго ждали, понимали , что наше время подходит к 17:00....
