Papa Johns Pizza - Sammamish

Ordered through the app, said the pizza was ready only to hear on arrival that the order was cancelled...

Have been coming here for years, but recently I noticed they've been improving the quality and quantity of their ingredients, also, they are super fast at preparing the pizza. Well done Papa John's !

I ordered pizza at 12:15 to be delivered at 2:15. The pizza was not delivered. I called to ask for the location. The staff member said it had been sitting there. I asked for it to be canceled because the new delivery time was 3:45...students would be gone. The whole point of ordering pizza was to feed student helpers. After I asked for a refund, my call was dropped. I called again and was told it would take 2-3 days. I'm not confident in that because the employee was that same that I spoke to before- the one who was going to ask the manager. They deliver via Door Dash. The driver didn't have the correct address was unaware of my situation. I received a text that the pizzas were delivered. Not true at all. Worst service ever. Do not ask for delivery!!

This is the worst place I've ever seen. The young black lady who works there is so rude, I don't know why she hates her job so much and still stays here. Never come here again!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. There was a black lady at the counter that was very rude and impatient. She never looks at you when talking and she refused to give us the store promotions saying that’s only available for online orders which was not true. I am not sure what was going on in her life but she definitely looked creepy and I would NOT visit this place again.
