Such a great experience. Buffet is beautiful. Has everything from salmon to sushi to a la carte meats. The staff genuinely take care of you and are very attentive. The best buffet service in BKK

Great quality meat on the grilling station and fresh seafood. Surprised to see a selection of Caviar that completes the luxuriously generous selection of delights! Helpful and friendly staffs complements the good price point! However, drinks station could be better placed and steps in the dark spots can be placed with a yellow reflective straps that denote caution.

Always as good as expected. I specially liked grilled lamb and fresh oysters. Various food selection, especially cheese station. I was too full to try all items but I will try more next time.

We booked to celebrate Christmas brunch at Atelier restaurant. The brunch was supposed to start at 12 o'clock but restaurant was not ready. A lot of customers lined up and waited for a while. We had been this hotel many times but this time was the worse. Food was not good like before. They served roasted Turkey but no turkey sauce and no mashed potato. Quite disappointed. The floor in restaurant was very sticky, need to be clean properly. Escalator was not functioning too.

Seafood station: it is not what customers see in the page or website, not fresh and no fill up when it is almost empty. Server: Nice talking but Low service mind Receptionist/Cashier: It is only thing that I will be 10/10 points . Great service mind
