Bruegger's Baggels - San Andreas

Pretty disappointed with this location we asked to have the bagels cut in half, and they cut them all haphazardly, leaving tiny thin halves and thick halves. Won't be returning.

The good: the sandwich was really good I highly suggest the western brisket, the picture doesn't look like the sandwich as I feel they skipped on the amount of brisket that was on my sandwich. The bad: there were two girls in the morning shift one wasmaking bagels for a Togo order the other girl was not doing any thing but standing there. She asked me what I would like toorder and then told the girl to make my food. Her name started with a p. I was so disgusted with her attitude. She should havehelped me instead of the other girl who was already busy. Poor customer service.

The cheesy hash brown bagels are not especially cheesy or crispy. The sandwiches are fine. Nothing exciting.

The bagel was good but the Customer Service Veronica gave was horrible. She was very rude and argumentative just because I asked for less ice in my coffee and less syrup then became upset because I asked her to remake it since she did not listen and made ithow she wanted anyways. She continued to argue as she walked around the counter to the ice machine which she made out to be ahuge inconvenience for her to take an extra 12 steps and commenced trying to scold me because ?that?s not how they make them, itcomes with 3/4 of ice because it?s concentrated ?. Two other customers inside were displeased with her attitude as well and saidif they knew they were going to get this type of service they?d rather go to McDonalds across the street. Unfortunately I willnot be returning to this location in the Downtown San Diego Specifically on B St.

Very nice place! Friendly staff, the bagels were so good and the iced mocha cooler was amazing! Very reasonably priced too, will definitely visit again!
