Li's Sushi Bar - San Andreas

The menu at this restaurant is fantastic, although we were disappointed to find out that there were no sushi options available despite what we had seen online. We decided to try the poached lamb, which was unexpectedly spicy even though we had not requested it to be. The green tea was delicious and served elegantly in a heavy teapot and wide-rimmed cups. The dry saute lamb hot pot was enjoyable, and the egg drop soup was one of the best I've ever had. However, I have to deduct one star because the service was lacking. The wait staff seemed more interested in their phones than attending to customers, requiring us to repeatedly signal for assistance. If the service improved, this could easily be a top-notch restaurant. I hope the management will take steps to address this issue, as the unique menu and upscale presentation deserve better customer care.

After living overseas in southern China, Chengdu, for nearly 4 years and experiencing famous pandas and trying local exotic dishes, I have found that this restaurant in San Antonio offers the most authentic southern Chinese cuisine in the area. The dishes were not only delicious and flavorful, but they were also cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for authentic Chinese food with a southern style.

Excellent food! These people came here from China, and make some exceptional dishes. I eat here on a regular basis because it isn't very expensive, the food is incredible, the people are wonderful, and it's in a convenient location. Go try it out!

This cute, quaint, and clean little restaurant is a hidden gem. I had a great experience ordering take-out as the hostess/waitress helped me choose some delicious dishes and even made recommendations for my next visit. The service was incredibly courteous and helpful. Although the fresh food took a little longer to prepare, it was well worth the wait. They were even accommodating with substitutions, offering fried rice instead of steamed and allowing me to order a smaller size soup. Additionally, they generously provided extra sweet and sour sauce at no additional cost, unlike many other places that nickel and dime you for every little thing. I am excited to return and try out their amazing sushi menu as well as sample some other enticing dishes!

Love this place! Very delicious. Not your average greasy Chinese food! Very fresh and sushi was delicious! Definitely worth a try!
