Wako, my sincerest apologies for hating on you for the last three years.

Great omakase experience. It seems they’ve switched the menu format from ala carte to just two prefixe options. While I miss the old menu, the new format makes it easy to order. The jalapeño marinated tuna was one of the best sushi pieces I’ve had. My only suggestion would be to alternate pieces. They bring out two bites of the same fish and I felt back to back bites of mackerel and tuna to be a bit much.

Good Sushi restaurant, not a michelin Star restaurant.
