Jillie’s Wine And Shop - San Anselmo

Had a wonderful evening with friends, good music and delicious wines and food at Jillie's. My first time there and will not last.

This is a nice place to come in a relaxing weekend afternoon! The staff was very friendly. I love you to make a wine flight on tap! They also have many interior and exterior seats and leave the doors open, so it felt well ventilated during Covid times. We went for another wine flight... You can really choose what wines you want, including any of the bottles they have open. I love red wine, so I went for a red flight, and I LOVED the Sangiovese and the Cab Sauv; we even went home with a bottle of taxi. The location is in a strip blend with lots of food, and you can bring food from any of the other companies. That is said you don't get a nice outside view, so it could be a good idea to bring a little board game, or come with a group of friends.

So beautiful in such a great way. Amazing windows and natural light and people and service are also bright. They have a huge selection, and even with masks you can feel their big smiles. And as elegant as this place is, they are hip and have a live day DJ. Yes, please. I'm so in. My sister always knows the good spots, so glad to visit her today.

We recently discovered this hidden gem, and have had the pleasure of sipping wine and having bar bites here twice. It’s our new favorite place, perfect for a quick glass of wine, to gather with friends, learn about wine, and listen to awesome live music (on the weekends). Air conditioned, enormous wine selection, well-informed tasting selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, easy parking, vibrant decor, and owners make you feel right at home. A true hidden gem!
