Sweet employees behind the counter. There is no need to mam people, this isn't the South. While it comes from a good place to show respect, it feels too formal for me.
Customer service needs a lot of help. Certain employees are racist, others don't speak up when coworkers are wrong
We stopped here for coffee while we were in town and were pleased with the result, hot good coffee served up fast.
