You can't go wrong w Bill Miller chicken but the service needs lots of help, and I used their drive thru. I ordered and was told to proceed to the drive thru...no one was there! Nobody else was in line and no one was working the window. I tapped on the window, to get service. Never again...Food: 5/5

Bill Miller's is a San Antonio BBQ chain serving up pretty standard options. You'll find fried chicken, brisket tacos, chicken sandwiches, and usual sides of green beans, fries, and beans. This location is very big and gets a lot of traffic being at such a busy intersection. Service is way better than food. The food is pretty standard and doesn't stand out much apart from the breakfast tacos which are great. It's a fine casual lunch choice, but don't expect much.Parking: Leaving the parking lot can be annoying given the traffic at a busy intersection

I was informed that my food was ready when I placed my order. However, when I arrived at the window to pay, I was asked to pull up and wait an additional five minutes for my food. I agreed, but ended up waiting over 20 minutes with no update. It turns out they had forgotten my order, so I had to go inside to request a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues here, and my orders are frequently incorrect when I get home. This is simply unacceptable and cannot keep happening.

The food is as good as usual but Bill Miller seems to be getting chintz with their carne guisada tacos- hardly filled tortillas.Food: 4/5

I normally get ribs but today thought i would get bbq chicken and it looks like i know what happened to my little baby chickens. Looks like it gound its way to bill millers kitchen. Look how small this is.Service here was lousy as well. I was waiting for a cashier to take my order and when she him brian came she himwas on his phone texting social media. He saw me but continued to play on his phone. I guess when he finally had time to take a break ftom his phone he took my order. When he was done he went bavk to his phone and i guess this was acceptable because a employee in a red shirt was in the front counter playing with her phone as well.
