By far one of the cleanest and polite Bill Millers I have been to. The workers stay busy assisting customers at the checked stand and on the dining room floor. There is always someone there to assist you with ordering food or getting anything you need. I came around the evening rush and the cars are moving steady in the drive thru. I wanted the dining experience so we sat down and I was very pleased with conditions on the inside. Food was brought out in a very timely manner as well. This location offers great examples of operations standards you want in a successful establishment. I will be coming to this location more.
I’m so sad… All I wanted was to have some hot… at least warm chicken strips. Nope. My mom’s order of fried chicken was bone dry. Clearly our food had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. Then there was a hair on top of her chicken ??I wouldn’t normally post about something like this but the quality issues have happened repeatedly (and not just from this location) I know it gets busy but it’s so frustrating to sit down for dinner and you can’t even chew it. I gave a second star only because the ppl at the drive thru were super nice. Please stop recycling your food Bill Millers!
So disappointed with drive thru service. Ordered 2 salad delite combos and a order of small fries. Simple right. Ok so why when I get to the window did I only get charged for 1 salad and fry? And it wasn't even a combo I ordered. So I asked if the combo came with tea? She replied that they didn't charge me the combo price? So not complaining I went ahead and ordered 2 sweet teas only to come home to unsweetened teas? I'm upset bc this used to be the best biller miller's on the southside.
Ordered a bucket of tea using drive thru. Once at the window the cashier informed us that they were out of buckets for our order. Two options given were to give us 4 large teas. Only, they were also out of drink holders.Second option was they could just cancel the order...Next, their card reader was not responding, rejecting the payment.Upside to this experience.. ?The young girl at the window gave us our drinks free of charge due to the inconvenience.
