Blissful Burgers - San Antonio

This place was absolutely delicious! I had the blissful burger on a gluten free bun, it was so amazing! My husband had the classic on texas toast and was also in love with it at first bite. The fries were super hot and delicious. For me personally though the real star of the meal was their house made ranch. Omg it was creamy, garlicky, and so good! Will be back for certain

My review, is literally in the name... Blissful Burgers . I ordered the 'Blissful Burger ' (A+ , blissed fries (A+ , chili cheese dawg (A+ and mushrooms (D+ . The burgers were great. Not only are they delicious they are juicy. I 've had my fair share of dry vegan burgers but that is not the case here. With it 's robust flavor, it is hard to distinguish it from a cooked meat burger. So, you get all the flavor without the heaviness and guilt of eating meat. When I tell you that these burgers are a homerun, they hit every base... presentation, taste and sustainability! When it was time to eat the hot dog, I literally had to cut it with a knife, in small pieces, to make sure it wasn 't meat. Everything about that dawg was so GOOD. I wish they had a combo where you could get a burger and a dawg. They can call it the Blissed combo Now I 'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical about the french fries only having three ingredients...fries, cheese and grilled onions but you need these fries in your life. For starters the fries are cooked and season to PERFECTION. Slathered in cheese and grilled onions, this is the kind of thing you eat sitting on your couch while enjoying the game. The only good thing about the mushrooms were that they were hot and fresh. Only if they would have seasoned their mushrooms the way they seasoned their fries and their burgers. We wished we had not ordered the mushrooms.

I'm thrilled to have found my new favorite burger spot! The patties are beef-like in appearance, with a fantastic texture and amazing flavor. The bacon adds a perfect crunch, while the tomatoes are sliced just right. The vegan cheese melts into a delightful gooeyness, and you’ll definitely want to try their homemade ranch dressing! But that's not all... You absolutely must sample the desserts! I was fortunate to try MJ's Banana Split, and the Chocolate Luxury Cupcake was unbelievably delicious (chef’s kiss)! I can't wait to explore their other offerings, like the basket of tenders and the chili dog, as well as more desserts like the cheesecake! Vegan burger enthusiasts will be delighted by this charming little mom-and-pop shop. A small request to the chef: the fresh jalapeños were a fun surprise, but if it’s not too much trouble, could you consider offering pickled or grilled options as well?

This is the best burger place I've ever been to! Everything was absolutely delicious! I tried the BLT, onion rings, banana split for dessert, and a rice crispy treat—all were divine! I only wish they were closer to my location.

This place was fantastic! Both burgers were exceptional, and with the 2 for $20 deal on Wednesdays (which includes fries), it was a great value for a meal. Each burger had two patties and was quite filling. The patty melt was outstanding, especially with the phenomenal Bliss sauce! The Texas toast was soft and added to the overall size of the burger. My favorite was the Bhilly, which comes topped with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, providing tons of flavor and substance. The veganaise added a moist and creamy texture that complemented all the vegetables perfectly. Overall, as a non-vegan, I was extremely impressed. These burgers could easily compete with those from Project Pollo.
