Bartenders and what a manager seems to be are always sitting at a table in the corner more interested in each other and whatever they are on the table instead of customers at the bar. I wish I had a better BWW, but it seems that the GM must replace some bad customer service workers. Maybe they don't care. Don't be in a hurry. And when I typed that, the bartender gave me another beer. still a star

Darrell and Savion are the best in service. They are personal and efficient. Darrell is a veteran former Navy! The wings are the best, crisp, best size, hottest and tasty. This is obviously one of our favorite places. There's always something on one of the TVs that's interesting. Large tables for the family or stands for more privacy.

I came to a part of her veteran-day promo and the place was in shame. I'm not sure I just missed a rush of people or something. Most tables were dirty and their fries were on the ground. I'll find a clean table and sit. I sat there for 10 minutes with four servers that pass me on my left and right side before a completely different server comes to the table to welcome me. They were not packed at this point, so not sure why nobody could at least recognize me sitting on a table waiting for service. The waitress who finally arrived was very pleasant and she apologized for waiting. I had planned to order additional food during this trip, but only with the promo. I had the boneless wings and pommes. The frits were really delicious and the chicken was pretty good. I collected my remnants, typed the waitress and went out. I'm not sure they only have a day off or what. I wasn't in this place long, and I understand the lack of personnel. But someone recognizes goes a long way considering that four servers happen again and again and I sat right next to the server station. It was not a welcoming environment this day.

I have ordered many times from this place and never get exactly what I order. Last time I called and spoke to the manager. He assured that he would make sure that everything I ordered would arrive. Now guess what, it wasn't. This place does not meet the orders correctly, even if you call. The only way you want to get from here is to dip or take out and check your food when it comes out. Be warned!!!

I came out to a BWW for the first time since the pandemic started and I had a blast. The food was on point, the beer was refilled quickly, and there was no problem getting the channel changed to check the action on a non-marquee game. And our server Suzanne was awesome.
