Burger King - San Antonio

This is the closest Burger King near me. I’ve been coming here for 2 years or so. In the past employees seemed careless of customers. A few months ago they changed staff. They have a new manager and new employees. They are always kind and willing to help. There’s a sweet lady that will always try to get you the best deal on your meal. She already knows my husband and I since we’re regulars at this location. The restaurant is kept clean. The food is provided in good time. I come here for the impossible whopper! Definitely good!! If you’ve been here in the past and had issues, I suggest you give this location another opportunity! ?

I walked up to go place my order and said I'll take the Cheese Burger please.The guy chuckled and said you gotta be more specific than that.Then I pointed at the menu and said loudly CHEESE BURGER.

They have the worse customer service, had me waiting when I was the only car there and attitude from a red haired woman ! I don’t recommend this Burger King at all!

This is the second time I get cold fries. I only wanted the 2 for $6 and didn't really have money for fries. But I thought they would be hot but instead hard and cold. I couldn't go back and they are my favorite. Just a bad couple of experiences in a row

As a paying customer I will recommend burger king and I am a happy customer
