Every time we get here, the service is terrible. I do not accuse the staff as it is usually only 1 person who is at the bar and the floor during the top meal on Saturday (although his almost dead inside). That happened three times now. This happened several times over the last 45 days. Anyone who would go to this place will be uncomfortable with how unpleasant the service is. I'm not gonna get my business back. Pizza was actually not bad, but it is not worth the ignorance or not really staff or service. Just a matter of time before the sign changes when it lasts.
Love this place! only pulled out new york (so I know good pizza) and I am obsessed with eating and service! the bartender, aliyah, was so sweet and attentive, even though she was sworn with other customers. the specials are also great me? ll come back anyway!
This time we had their burgers who were dry and the note was a bit too crispy. Last time we had her pizza and it was really good, but that was before Kovid, so I don't know if this is the new normal for her or not. The manager seemed really nice.
I 've frequented this establishment for 5+ years now, around the time it first opened. The first meal was understandably wrought with issues as were several over the years. I 've finally had enough of spending $100+ for awful service, untrained staff, and massive variations in food quality. The slide/area for the kids is the only draw to this place. It 's unfortunate, as the owner of the franchise seems like a wonderful man. The business model that was shared with me by a Corp manager was, hire cheap inexperienced staff and provide them on the job training. So the customer suffers with the staff turnover as you 're basically walking into a daily training session. When I come to eat, I want the chef preparing the meal for my hard earned money, not the apprentice hired that morning...
