Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Antonio

This is the second and final time I will order a burrito from this location. The rice was undercooked, and the ratio of salsa to sour cream was completely unbalanced, making it too spicy without enough cooling from the sour cream. It seemed like the spoon was just dipped into the sour cream container rather than scooping out a proper amount, resulting in only a very faint hint of sour cream being added. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and they've never managed to include my drink. Additionally, the portion sizes are noticeably smaller compared to what you get when you pick up your order in person.

The sofritas were incredibly spicy, and my friend couldn't finish her bowl. Additionally, the other burrito bowl was barely filled halfway.

One Burrito Bowl was very small. The other one barely had any cheese. One Burrito Bowl was missing sour cream and the other one was overflowing.

I may not be a professional food critic with world travel experience, but I was born in Mexico and have tasted some of the finest authentic Mexican cuisine from various regions of my home country. I visited your restaurant with a bit of hesitation, as it was the only place open late while my wife was shopping. However, I decided to order three tacos: Chorizo, Barbacoa, and Chicken. I was truly impressed by both the flavor and the generous portion sizes of these tacos! I will definitely be coming back more often. Thank you!
